Dr. Nguyen Van Phuc holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Massey University’s School of Economics and Finance and has had the privilege of serving as a reviewer for several peer-reviewed journals, including the International Review of Financial Analysis, International Review of Economics and Finance, Finance Research Letters, among others. His research interests encompass corporate finance, law, risk factors, and environmental analysis. He is proficient in econometric updates and possesses a strong desire to learn and apply advanced mathematical concepts. He specializes in developing both theoretical and empirical models, with particular expertise in the Difference-in-Differences (DiD) methodology. His research has been published in various international journals, including the Review of Quantitative Finance and Accounting, International Review of Economics and Finance, and the Scottish Journal of Political Economy. Notably, one of his publications in 2022 was recognized as a top-cited paper in the Scottish Journal of Political Economy among works published between January 1, 2022, and December 31, 2023. Additionally, he currently serves as an Academic Editor for the PLOS ONE and International Journal of Educational Management journals.
