Dr. Adrian Chan is Director of Acerpacer Consulting, specialising in Leadership Development, Organisational Development, and Behavioural Insights. With over two decades of experience, he has worked with more than 500 leaders and organisations across Singapore, Bhutan, and the region — including OCBC, UOB, Singapore’s public service, and the Singapore Armed Forces.
