Dr. La Anh Duc is a distinguished academic and researcher with a strong background in business administration and economics. He earned his Master’s degree in Finance & Banking from Northwest Switzerland University (2011) and then a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the International School of Business (ISB), UEH, Vietnam, in 2024.
Currently a lecturer at ISB, UEH, Dr. Duc teaches courses such as Principles of Management, Leadership & Entrepreneurship, and Organizational Behavior. He has also contributed as a visiting lecturer at Western Sydney University, teaching Research Methods in Business for Ph.D. students. His professional experience includes a decade as a Senior Analyst at the Ho Chi Minh City Export Processing and Industrial Zones Authority.
Dr. Duc is an active researcher, co-authoring multiple B-level projects, including studies on inclusive leadership, entrepreneurial success, and employee creativity. His work has been published in reputable journals such as Service Business, Journal of Knowledge Management, and Australasian Marketing Journal. His research focuses on innovation, leadership, and organizational behavior, reflecting his expertise in both academia and practical business applications.
