The Master of Management – Sustainability (MMgt-S) program was born as a strategic response to the current biggest gap in the labor market: a severe shortage of managers with systems thinking, understanding of sustainability, and sufficient courage to integrate ESG into growth strategies.

The program provides an international-standard knowledge system to help students not only “understand sustainability,” but also be equipped with systems thinking capabilities to transform ESG from a slogan into a strategic competitive advantage.
The program designs a mindset transformation roadmap, from foundational management to the ability to re-architect organizational models in the context of climate risks, social instability, and increasingly fierce geopolitical competition. Here, students are trained in a way of thinking to become leaders who know how to ask big questions, make difficult decisions, and lead change – instead of merely optimizing the status quo.
After the first academic year in Vietnam, students can choose to transfer to Massey University – New Zealand. Our student community
LUNCH & CONNECT literally means “Lunch to Connect”, a weekly event held every Wednesday. It aims to provide attendees with opportunities to network, expand their professional connections, and engage in discussions on the latest trends and updates in the Human Resources Management sector.
Eligible Applicants:
– Graduates from accredited universities in Vietnam and abroad.
English Proficiency Requirements:
– An international English certificate equivalent to IELTS (Academic) 6.5, or
– Applicants who do not meet the required academic background or English proficiency may enroll in preparatory programs.
– Applicants holding a bachelor’s degree in English Studies or English Language (both full-time and part-time programs) may be considered for an IELTS waiver for the first year.
Application Period:
– First year: March, June, September, and December annually
– Second year: June annually
Application Fee: VND 2,000,000 (non-refundable)
