Students will receive an introduction to the Training Program and Study Plan during the first class session. Each student will be assigned an account on the university\u2019s E-Learning platform, which will allow them to track their academic progress and key milestones throughout the course.<\/span><\/p>

The tuition fees, along with the corresponding payment deadlines, will be included in the Study Plan and communicated at the commencement of the course.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Academic Policies<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

– Attendance Requirements:<\/b> Students must attend a minimum of <\/span>80%<\/b> of scheduled class sessions to be eligible to participate in assessments and successfully complete the course.<\/span><\/p>

– Assessment Structure:<\/b> Each course will be assessed through both component scores and a final exam, where the final exam score is a mandatory part of the evaluation.<\/span><\/p>

– Evaluation Methodology:<\/b> The specific assessment methods for each course will be outlined in the course syllabus and communicated to students at the beginning of each course.<\/span><\/p>

– Final Grades:<\/b> Final grades will be released to students no later than <\/span>3 weeks<\/b> after the conclusion of the course. Students are permitted <\/span>7 days<\/b> from the release of grades to request a review or clarification of their results.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Guidelines for Submissions, Essays, and Reports<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

– Submission Deadlines:<\/b> All assignments and coursework must be submitted by the deadline specified by the instructor. If students require an extension, they must contact the Program and the Instructor in advance to request approval.<\/span><\/p>

– Late Submissions:<\/b> Any assignments submitted after the deadline will incur a <\/span>30%<\/b> reduction in the total grade.<\/span><\/p>

– Excessive Delay:<\/b> Assignments submitted more than <\/span>7 days<\/b> late will not be accepted unless there are extenuating circumstances that are documented appropriately.<\/span><\/p>

– Submission Process: <\/b>Students are required to submit assignments directly to the instructor via email and should also copy the Program\u2019s email address (massey@isb.edu.vn). Alternatively, students must follow any additional submission guidelines provided by the instructor.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

– Originality of Work:<\/b> All assessments must be the student\u2019s own work. Submissions containing content from external programs, organizations, or sources will not be accepted.<\/span><\/p>

– Citation and Referencing:<\/b> Any external content used in an assignment, such as quotations, data, statistics, or images, must be properly cited. A reference list, formatted according to Harvard citation standards, must be included at the end of each assessment.<\/span><\/p>

– Plagiarism Violation:<\/b> Plagiarism is considered a serious violation of university regulations and may result in disciplinary action. Students are expected to fully understand and apply the correct referencing method (Harvard style) to avoid plagiarism and maintain academic integrity.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Force Majeure Protocol<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

– Exam Deferral:<\/b> In the event that a student is unable to attend an exam (whether mid-term or final), they must submit a formal request to defer the exam, at least <\/span>7 working days<\/b> prior to the exam date.<\/span><\/p>

– Accepted Force Majeure Situations:<\/b> Force majeure circumstances include but are not limited to, illness, accidents, hospitalization, extended treatment, work transfer, maternity, or immigration. Documentation from relevant authorities (official seals or stamps) must be provided to substantiate the request.<\/span><\/p>

– Retake Arrangements:<\/b> Students who are granted a deferral will be allowed to retake the exam, with arrangements made by the Program.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Completion Requirements for Each Study Stage\n<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

– Stage 1 (Year 1):<\/b> Students must have completed their undergraduate degree and obtained an IELTS score of <\/span>6.0<\/b> or an equivalent qualification.<\/span><\/p>

– Stage 2 (Year 2):<\/b> Students must have completed Stage 1 with a cumulative score of <\/span>65\/100<\/b> and achieved an IELTS score of <\/span>6.5<\/b> (with no band lower than 6.0) or an equivalent qualification.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
